How do I start an account with BeyondPay?

1. Q. How long does it take to set up an account?
  A. Our on-line registration should take no more than 15 minutes. Once we receive your information, a payroll specialist will contact you to gather any additional information needed to begin processing your payroll. We will take care of everything else--it's that simple!

2. Q. How much will it cost to run our payroll?
  A. Visit our Free Price Quote page to receive a fast, free, customized quote. Each time your payroll is processed, our fee will be deducted from your account. No writing checks, no invoicing.

3. Q. Can I start payroll in the middle of a quarter?
  A. Yes. While we always recommend you start at the beginning of a quarter, it only requires a few pieces of additional information: send us quarter-to-date and year-to-date information for each employee, and we will set up the account for you.

4. Q. Do I have to switch payroll companies at the beginning of the year?
  A. No. We can switch you over any time during the year, even in the middle of a quarter. We make your transition as smooth as possible.

5. Q. How do I get an Employer Identification Number (EIN)?
  A. File a Form SS-4 Employer Identification Number with the Internal Revenue Service. You may apply by phone, fax or mail.

6. Q. How do I get my state unemployment number?
  A. Visit our Payroll Related Links page.

7. Q. Can I sign up for Workers' Compensation coverage?
  A. Yes, we offer Workers' Compensation coverage through a growing list of carriers.  Please give us a call or request more information from sales@beyondpay.com.  We would also be happy to work with your existing agent, if you want to keep your agent.
