Initiate a Background Check (After employee has authorized)

THIS HOW-TO IS OUT OF DATE.  FUNCTIONALITY HAS CHANGED SLIGHTLY, THOUGH STEPS ARE VERY SIMILAR.

To get to the Background Checks screen, go to "My Employees > Forms > Backgrounds > easyBackgrounds"

This step should be completed AFTER the employee has authorized the background check

To get to the Background Checks screen, go to "My Employees > Forms > Backgrounds > easyBackgrounds"

To initiate your first background check, click on "Request to Authorize"

Choose the employee you want, and click "OK"

Request the Background check by clicking on the two green arrows pointing to the right.

Choose the Plan you want

Sign off by typing in your password and choosing "OK"

Once you click "OK", this will send an e-mail based on your notification settings to your employee for authorization. Employees' must sign off on each background check before completed. We keep and track this authorization.
